Terms of Use

Thank you for your purchase! 

All of my graphics, borders, and backgrounds are for personal and/or commercial use in

digital products. I appreciate your business & hope you enjoy using my art. Please take a moment and review my terms of use.

Personal Use

All of the graphics from Sarah Pecorino are available for personal use. Enjoy them to make digital printable cards for loved ones, invitations to parties, scrapbooking layouts, and any other creative endeavor you may venture on.

Educational Use

Teachers and Educators are welcome to use my graphics on educational materials for free or to sell on blogs, websites, Teachers Pay Teachers, Teachers Notebook, etc. Please do not distribute the graphics among other teachers or through your district. You have purchased a single user license, which includes the use of the graphics to be used in products created by you.

You must credit Sarah Pecorino with a clickable link inside your PDF file, on your blog or wherever you display the file. You can also include my hyperlinked button (see below to download).

Commercial Use

A small business use license is included in the price of each graphic set. Graphics from Sarah Pecorino may be used commercially under the following rules:

1. Graphics may be used commercially in digital printable works for sale only if the files for sale are flattened in JPEG or PDF file format. Files must be flattened and enough of your own design must be added (such as invitation, wrapper, topper, wall art or any other digital printable file) to make it a new design. You can only sell digital creations with Sarah Pecorino graphics for Personal Use.
2. All graphics remain the copyright of Sarah Pecorino. You may not resell digital graphic files and claim them as your own. Graphics may be used in products you sell as long as the graphics are not the sole focus of the product. You may NOT make frames, borders, clip art packs, collages or group images together and place them for sale. The graphics are meant to complement your own creations.
3. Printed Products: You can use our products personally or commercially to create printed stationery, handmade or printed cards, brochures, flyers, business cards, all sort of printed party or stationery elements, games, jewelry, clothing, accessories, home decoration and etc. You can also create stationery or other PRINTED products at Zazzle, Cafe Press, Etsy and in your own store. Credit to Sarah Pecorino with a link to my website in the description of your product is required.
4. If you are a Designer selling at Print on Demand sites (such as Zazzle, Cafepress etc.) and produce more than 1000 copies of any products, or if you are a Retailer or Wholesaler and produce more than 1000 copies of any products, please purchase a Mass Production License. Our Small Commercial License does not cover mass produced prints.

Blog Use 

You may use the graphics in your personal blog designs as long as they are secured and flattened with other elements. If using my graphics for blog design, credit must be given by placing my blog button/link visibly on the blog. Credit in the form of a link back to my website is REQUIRED for all commercial and digital files that will be made available to the public for free and/or sold for profit.
